Small But Scrappy | Art That Gives Back Baby Tee

Small But Scrappy | Art That Gives Back Baby Tee

$23.00
Small but scrappy. You don't have to be the biggest to make a difference.

The inspiration behind this design came from a conversation between VC2 artist Vinnie Candelore and Taylor Dozier of The Children's Home of Pittsburgh. When asked to describe the organization, Taylor used three words: "Small But Scrappy."

Those words became the foundation for this painting.

The sparrow was chosen to represent that spirit. Small and often overlooked, sparrows are resourceful, adaptable, and persistent. They find ways to thrive in a world much bigger than themselves.

It's a fitting message for even the littlest members of our community, and a reflection of The Children's Home of Pittsburgh, where children and families receive care, compassion, and support through some of life's most challenging circumstances.

The original artwork was created during a collaborative VC2 Street Studio experience, bringing members of The Children's Home community together to contribute to a shared work of art.

This baby tee brings the colorful Small But Scrappy design to the smallest sizes as part of Art That Gives Back, a collaborative merchandise collection from VC2 and The Children's Home of Pittsburgh.

100% of proceeds benefit The Children's Home of Pittsburgh, supporting the children and families they serve.
